Welcome to our spacious seaside villa inside the naturist village of Cap d'Agde. LUVITERE is a 63 square metre (678 sq. feet) villa with a 28 square metre (301 sq. ft.) SOUTH-FACING terrace, which receives the sun ALL DAY from about 9am.  Regular visitors will know that LUVITERE is much roomier than much of the accommodation in the naturist village.

Situated in Port Venus Village, a collection of tiled-roofed villas built in typical French style, LUVITERE is positioned far enough away from the famous Cap d'Agde naturist village nightlife for its noise to be barely audible, whilst still being only a 5 minute walk around the naturist port away from "the action", an ideal choice for those who like to party for less than 24 hours a day.  LUVITERE has a private parking space in the Port Venus car park, accessed through a secure sliding gate (with remote control).

The superb sandy beach and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean are only a 10 minute walk along pedestrian paths,  all of which can be done in the nude.

The other water option is Port Venus's large private naturist-only swimming pool (free key access to residents), open from early morning until late, usually from mid-May to end September.  

Nudity is the norm during daylight hours (and later) throughout the naturist village, but nobody is forced to be naked (although nudity is expected on the beach and obligatory at Port Venus swimming pool - other pay-to-enter pools are available where the rules may be less strict). 

In the evening all of the Cap d'Agde naturist village nightlife - restaurants, bars, saunas and nightclubs - is just a 5 minute stroll around the port away - no need to drive!  Stay out all night or come home "early" to a peaceful sleep.  There are no noisy bars,  early-morning rubbish collections or produce deliveries to wake you up at Port Venus!

So what about the accommodation....?

LUVITERE has free secure wi-fi internet throughout and two reversible air-conditioning units.  

There is a 29 m2 (301 sq. ft.) living room with airconditioning, a seating area

and 55" LED SMART TV, showing French and English-language channels (by satellite), and a CHROMECAST connection so you can access your own country's TV or anything you like from the Internet onto the big screen, via your phone, tablet or laptop. 

There is a full-sized bar with fridge - ready to stock - with lots of glasses and cocktail equipment (there is an ice machine in the kitchen). 

New for 2021, there's a Wonderboom Bluetooth Speaker to enjoy your music inside or outside (respecting the neighbours of course!).

Opposite the bar is a second double bed (140cm x 200cm), should you be 2 couples staying with us (or if you have invitees who can't make it home).  There is lots of storage and wardrobe space with hangers provided.

For stays in the autumn and winter, there is a superb wood-fired fireplace, perfect for cuddly, naked evenings by the fire when it's cold outside.....

There is a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with airconditioning, electric kettle, SENSEO coffee machine and toaster for breakfast, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ice machine and a full-sized 5-ring gas cooker with oven, if you feel like cooking something.  All crockery, cutlery, and glasses for 6 people - pots, pans, utensils and some food basics are provided, as are toilet rolls and cleaning products. The indoor dining table has 4 comfortable chairs. 

There is a barbecue on the terrace and an electric plancha with extension cable, which can be used indoors or outdoors.

The main bedroom has a Queen-size (160cm x 200cm) double bed and lots and lots of wardrobe space with hangers.

There is a medium-sized LED TV with CHROMECAST and satellite.  A fan brings the airconditioned air in from the kitchen, and a radiator gives extra heat when needed in the colder months.  All bedlinen is provided.

The Italian granite-walled bathroom has a two-person bath (without spa jets) for long relaxing moments together, and a shower with massage setting.  Towels are provided. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. 

Outside, the large terrace is south facing and there are several sunloungers and reclining chairs,

as well as table and chairs* for dining "alfresco" in the balmy summer evenings.  Beach/Pool towels are provided.

There are TWO (not-new) bikes and two "always-ready" trolleys with four beach sunbeds,  2 parasols and ice-box, for a quick departure to the pool or beach. 

By the way: small dogs are welcome free of charge as long as they do not bark too much when you are out and disturb the neighbours (note: dogs are not allowed on the beach from 22nd May to 12th September....)
